Foot Sequences

This is a guide to the foot plans and directions when executing the Long Yang form. Be advised that it is a general guide - different practitioners perform the Yang form in slightly different ways.

Each animation contained within the contents (left) follows on from each other, and shows where the feet could end up at the end of each move, with a ghost foot placement of the previous move.
